Q1: Are your cribs JPMA certified?
Yes – all cribs meet or exceed ASTM and CPSC safety standards. Look for the certification label on the product page.

Q2: What mattress size fits your cribs?
Our cribs are standard full-size (52″ x 28″). Any standard full-size crib mattress will fit snugly (no gaps larger than two fingers).

Q3: Is the mattress waterproof?
Yes – our mattress features a waterproof, breathable cover that is easy to wipe clean. It is also hypoallergenic and free from phthalates.

Q4: How do I assemble the crib?
Each crib includes a detailed instruction manual and all tools. Assembly takes about 45 minutes with two people. Video guides are available (link in order confirmation).

Q5: Shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all cribs and mattresses (due to weight, no minimum). Expedited options available at checkout.

Q6: Processing time?
1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Cribs may take 1 extra day due to box size.

Q7: Tracking?
Yes – shipping confirmation includes a tracking number. Large items ship via freight with appointment scheduling.

Q8: Cancel or change order?
Contact us immediately while order is “processing.” Once “preparing for shipment,” cancellation is not possible.

Q9: Do you ship outside the USA?
No – currently only US addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii; no territories or APO/FPO). Freight to remote areas may have additional fees.

Q10: Safety recalls?
We monitor CPSC recalls daily. If any of our products are recalled, we will notify all purchasers via the contact information provided.
