Freight Delivery (Cribs)

Large cribs ship via freight carrier.

You will receive a call to schedule a delivery window.

Inspect the box immediately upon delivery – note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Tracking
Provided once order ships. For freight, tracking updates may be delayed.
Restrictions

USA only (including Alaska, Hawaii – remote areas may have surcharges)

No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories.
Undeliverable Packages
If returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed, you pay to re‑ship (large items may have high re‑shipping fees).
Lost or Damaged
If damaged, refuse delivery or take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Lost packages – we will work with the carrier.
